Project Manager

In this Building and Construction Project Manager role in Buffalo, NY you will:

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all construction sites.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
