Job Description

Manage multiple concrete construction projects from award through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
Procure materials and subcontractors while maintaining project budgets.
Monitor project costs, productivity, and financial performance.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Resolve project issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts.
Support successful project closeout, documentation, and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in project management in commercial concrete construction.
Strong understanding of structural concrete, foundations, slabs, and cast-in-place construction.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
