Job Description

The Project Manager's Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale commercial, healthcare, and education ground-up projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Report directly to construction leadership while overseeing project execution, strategy, and team coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring project quality, safety, and successful delivery.
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation through industry-leading management systems.
  • Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams during preconstruction while driving process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee projects valued at $20M+ within a robust $500M+ project pipeline.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Project Manager

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
  • Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus
