Job Description

In this Building and Construction Project Manager role you will:

Plan and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to established plans.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery.
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
