Job Description

Plan and execute construction projects from initiation to completion.
Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Drive project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

Commercial construction project management experience in Office, Retail, Restaurant, Healthcare, Industrial, or Data Center's.
Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
