Job Description

The Project Manager's Responsibilities:

Lead light commercial and retail builds from the ground up
Work with leadership as they continue to win more projects and expand into new sectors.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
Deliver projects ranging from $3M-$5M+ within a strong local pipeline
