With a strong portfolio of multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments, the company has earned a reputation for delivering quality projects, fostering long-term client relationships, and providing employees with outstanding career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionManage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from preconstruction through occupancy and project closeout.Oversee site development activities including earthwork, utilities, stormwater management, roadways, grading, and infrastructure installation.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout processes.Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for constructability and risk mitigation.Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders.Maintain proactive communication with ownership groups, developers, and project stakeholders.Work closely with field leadership to ensure project milestones and production goals are achieved.Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing impacts to cost and schedule.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to clients and company leadership.Ensure compliance with company safety standards, local regulations, and quality control requirements.Manage punch-list completion, final inspections, and project turnover activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
