Project Manager

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from preconstruction through occupancy and project closeout.
• Oversee site development activities including earthwork, utilities, stormwater management, roadways, grading, and infrastructure installation.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout processes.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for constructability and risk mitigation.
• Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders.
• Maintain proactive communication with ownership groups, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Work closely with field leadership to ensure project milestones and production goals are achieved.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing impacts to cost and schedule.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to clients and company leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, local regulations, and quality control requirements.
• Manage punch-list completion, final inspections, and project turnover activities.
