With a strong backlog, a commitment to promoting from within, and a focus on developing long-term team members, my client provides an excellent environment for professionals looking to make an impact.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager's Responsibilities:Lead ground-up light commercial and retail construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.Collaborate with company leadership to support continued growth, project acquisition, and expansion into new market sectors.Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, general contractors, and subcontractors while driving project quality, safety, schedule, and budget performance.Manage all aspects of project administration, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation utilizing modern construction management platforms.AOversee successful delivery of projects ranging from $3M-$5M+ within a strong local project pipeline.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
