Job Description

The Project Manager's Responsibilities:

  • Lead light commercial and retail builds from the ground up
  • Work with leadership as they continue to win more projects and expand into new sectors.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver projects ranging from $3M-$5M+ within a strong local pipeline

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Project Manager

  • 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
  • Familiar with design/build construction processes
  • Construction related degree preferred
  • Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience
  • Experience using construction software - Procore preferred
  • Scheduling and budgeting experience
  • Client facing - Comfortable communicating with clients on projects
