Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in the project timeline.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and address any concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
