Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet company quality standards and safety expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully delivering ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
