Job Description

    • Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of delivery.
    • Oversee project schedules, budgets, documentation, and project controls.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and project stakeholders.
    • Ensure projects remain compliant with public works requirements and regulations.
    • Review and interpret contracts, specifications, and construction drawings.
    • Drive project performance while maintaining quality and safety standards.
    • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
    • Support field operations and provide solutions to project challenges.
    • Maintain accurate project records and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure successful project execution.

The Successful Applicant

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor environment.
    • Strong background managing complex commercial construction projects.
    • Public works experience is required.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
    • Strong scheduling, planning, and project controls expertise.
    • Experience administering construction contracts and project documentation.
    • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
    • Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements and public-sector processes.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
    • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
