Known for its collaborative culture, commitment to safety, and long-standing relationships with healthcare systems and regional stakeholders, the company offers employees the opportunity to lead meaningful projects that directly impact local communities.Job DescriptionManage healthcare construction projects ranging from renovations to new facility development.Lead all project phases, including preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, execution, and closeout.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Ensure projects comply with healthcare-specific requirements, including Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA) and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM).Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, quality, and cost challenges.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Review and negotiate subcontractor scopes, pricing, change orders, and contracts.Ensure adherence to company safety standards and regulatory requirements.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.Mentor Assistant Project Managers and field personnel.Foster strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
