Job Description

  • Manage healthcare construction projects ranging from renovations to new facility development.
  • Lead all project phases, including preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects comply with healthcare-specific requirements, including Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA) and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM).
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, quality, and cost challenges.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor scopes, pricing, change orders, and contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and field personnel.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
  • Demonstrated experience managing healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control procedures, and occupied renovation projects.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
