About Our Client

Our client is a well-respected Ohio-based company that is growing their operations in Columbus and needs PM's and Senior PM's to help come in and join their growing team. They have several high-profile projects coming in and they need people with strong leadership skills to come in and run them. The company has been in business for over 80 years and continue to make their impression across the state!

Job Description

  • Program and project management
  • Oversee and lead some of the most interesitng projects in the Cincinnati area.
  • Work closely with client user groups in coordinating their specific requirements.
  • Demonstrate a focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. Proactively manage project-related issues and mitigate risks.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects.
  • Develop scope, budget and schedule for assigned projects.
  • Conduct and document meetings.
  • Interact and negotiate with consultants and contractors

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Architecture or equivalent
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • previous Multifamily projects is preferred
  • Podium deck, Poste Tension, or Structural Concrete experience is a plus
  • Estimating experience is a plus
  • True leadership experience managing teams, client management, goal setting and achieving.
  • Someone who is internally motivated to grow a company and lead.
  • Estimating experience is a plus
  • Having experience with Cost +, negotiated work, MS Project, and Pro-core.
  • CPM scheduling and planning
