About Our Client

About Our ClientMy client is a well-established, privately owned commercial general contractor and design-build firm with more than 50 years of construction roots and a strong track record across retail, commercial, religious, and education projects. They're experiencing significant growth, currently generating $60M-$70M in annual revenue with a goal of exceeding $100M, and are taking on increasingly larger and more complex projects. What really sets them apart is the culture - it's a close-knit, family-oriented team built around being humble, hungry, collaborative, and trusting. Project Managers and Superintendents are given significant autonomy to run their projects without being micromanaged, while still having direct access to and support from the executive leadership team. For someone looking for a company where they can have a real voice, take ownership of their projects, and grow alongside the business, it's a very compelling opportunity.
