Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsRoom for growth within a reputable GCCareer and Financial Advancement!About Our ClientMy Client:Specialize in warehouse and industrial construction projects ranging from 50,000 SF to over 1 million SF.Primary work is located in New Jersey, with additional projects in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York.Focus includes footings/ foundations, slab on grade, interior / exterior concrete, tilt-up concrete construction and more.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage all phases of concrete construction projects from award through completion.Develop project schedules, work plans, staffing requirements, and procurement strategies.Coordinate project startup activities, including subcontractor and supplier engagements.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and risks.Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, company standards, and contractual requirements.Financial ManagementPrepare and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections.Track project costs, labor productivity, equipment utilization, and material expenditures.Review and approve vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and change orders.Identify and pursue opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Prepare monthly financial reports and project status updates for executive management.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates regarding schedule, budget, and project performance.Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and future opportunities.Negotiate project changes, contract modifications, and dispute resolutions when necessary.Field Operations SupportCollaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure efficient project execution.Coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources to meet project milestones.Assist in resolving field issues related to productivity, safety, scheduling, and quality control.Conduct site visits to monitor project performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.Contract AdministrationReview project contracts, specifications, drawings, and bid documents.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.Maintain accurate project records and reports throughout the project lifecycle.Safety & QualityPromote and enforce safety policies and procedures.Partner with field leadership to maintain a safe work environment.Ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained on all projects.Participate in project inspections, audits, and closeout activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
