  • Take full ownership of specialty architectural projects from initial kickoff through successful completion
  • Lead coordination across clients, architects, manufacturers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving seamlessly
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate project execution
  • Drive project schedules, budgets, scope, and key milestones while proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks
  • Own critical project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project correspondence
  • Manage multiple complex, highly customized projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and client expectations

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of project management experience within construction or a related industry
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex, detail-intensive projects simultaneously
  • Highly driven, hands-on professional with a strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and willingness to dive into the details to get the job done
  • Strong understanding of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Confident reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and project specifications
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to anticipate challenges, problem-solve quickly, and keep projects moving forward
