Job Description

  • Manage project schedules and milestones
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Review project drawings and specifications
  • Process RFIs, change orders, and submittals
  • Monitor project costs and forecasts
  • Lead client communications
  • Ensure project compliance with company standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of construction project management experience
  • Industrial or warehouse project experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience using Procore and Microsoft Project preferred
