  • Take full ownership of 15-20 structural and miscellaneous steel projects from turnover through final completion
  • Drive all core project controls, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout
  • Coordinate directly with suppliers, foremen, and site leadership to keep fabrication, deliveries, and field installation moving
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project, owning communication and driving issues to resolution
  • Review drawings, plans, and project specifications to ensure scopes are accurately coordinated and executed
  • Operate in a highly autonomous, hands-on environment with true ownership of the entire project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Proven experience owning projects from turnover through closeout, with full responsibility for schedule, coordination, and execution
  • Strong background in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, PEMB, and/or metal fabrication
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume portfolio of 15+ active projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on PM who works closely with field teams, foremen, and project stakeholders to drive projects across the finish line
  • Proficient with industry technology including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and ECOM
