Job Description

Take full ownership of 15-20 structural and miscellaneous steel projects from turnover through final completion
Drive all core project controls, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout
Coordinate directly with suppliers, foremen, and site leadership to keep fabrication, deliveries, and field installation moving
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project, owning communication and driving issues to resolution
Review drawings, plans, and project specifications to ensure scopes are accurately coordinated and executed
Operate in a highly autonomous, hands-on environment with true ownership of the entire project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

5-8 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
Proven experience owning projects from turnover through closeout, with full responsibility for schedule, coordination, and execution
Strong background in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, PEMB, and/or metal fabrication
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume portfolio of 15+ active projects simultaneously
Hands-on PM who works closely with field teams, foremen, and project stakeholders to drive projects across the finish line
Proficient with industry technology including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and ECOM
