The company specializes in the ground-up construction and gut renovation of large, high-end custom homes throughout the Hamptons, working with discerning homeowners, architects, and design professionals.Job DescriptionManage high-end ground-up residential construction and major renovation projects.Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance.Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.Manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.Review drawings and specifications and identify potential issues before they impact the project.Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations.Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the construction process.Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
