Project Manager

• Manage high-end ground-up residential construction and major renovation projects.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Review drawings and specifications and identify potential issues before they impact the project.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the construction process.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final turnover.
