Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
  • Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, and trade partners
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure quality, safety, and contractual requirements are maintained throughout the project

The Successful Applicant

  • Combination of multifamily and commercial construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Proficiency with construction project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
