Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
  • Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project costs and financial performance.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop solutions before they impact schedule or budget.
  • Work closely with the field team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing multifamily projects, ideally alongside other commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and project financials.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently manage projects while working collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Proficiency with common construction technology and project management software.
