Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
  • Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M
  • Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Indianapolis
  • Create and maintain the master schedule
  • Assist in preconstruction planning
  • Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
  • Work alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects
  • Provide feedback during estimating and project buyout

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4+ years of experience working on multifamily projects
  • Land development experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
  • Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement).
  • Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
  • Ground-up wood frame multi-family experience required.
  • Familiarity with Procore
