Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial construction Project Management experience
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • A mixture of project experience across commercial sectors
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
