Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and project stakeholders
  • Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership
  • Identify and resolve project risks, scheduling issues, and cost concerns
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Support estimating and preconstruction activities when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial construction project management experience
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractor management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with clients and project teams
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
