Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety.
  • Identify and resolve project issues to keep work progressing on schedule and within budget.
