About Our Client

My client is a national, fully integrated General Contractor delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects, with an Indianapolis office backed by a $150M+ backlog and continued growth. Their projects typically range from $20M-$70M, giving their teams exposure to complex, high-profile builds from start to finish.

With architects and engineers in-house, employees get true cradle-to-grave exposure and the opportunity to collaborate directly across design, preconstruction, and field operations. They've built a highly collaborative culture around curious, driven, self-motivated people who want real ownership, big-project experience, and a clear opportunity to grow with the business.

  • Own projects cradle-to-grave, driving schedule, budget, quality, and profitability from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Lead estimating, bidding, subcontractor solicitation, scope reviews, and buyout for assigned projects
  • Get involved early in the RFP and interview process, helping win work and shape projects before they break ground
  • Take ownership of project financials, monthly forecasting, cost controls, change orders, and overall project performance
  • Drive project execution through RFIs, OAC meetings, owner change orders, documentation, and team coordination
  • Serve as a key point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams, keeping communication and expectations aligned
  • Lead closeout, owner/architect walkthroughs, punch, and final turnover, ensuring every detail gets across the finish line
  • Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication, post-project follow-up, and warranty coordination
  • Ultimately run your work like your own business - owning the numbers, relationships, and execution while delivering projects on time and under budget
