About Our Client

A well-established and growing commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. This organization specializes in delivering high-quality commercial construction, renovation, and design-build services across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, retail, office, industrial, institutional, multifamily, and food service projects. The company is known for its strong client relationships, efficient project delivery, and commitment to minimizing disruptions to ongoing business operations.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and stakeholders.
