Job Description

The Project Manager's Key Responsibilities

Work primarily from the office, overseeing day-to-day project coordination and execution
Partner closely with Superintendents to develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and keep work moving on schedule
Review and manage daily reports, project documentation, and field updates to stay ahead of potential issues
Lead and participate in OAC meetings, coordinating directly with owners, architects, and key project stakeholders
Make periodic jobsite visits for progress checks, coordination meetings, and field oversight
Utilize the company's fleet vehicles for all project-related site visits and meetings

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Project Manager

5+ years of commercial construction experience, with proven exposure to ground-up project delivery
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout
Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships
Working knowledge of Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management platforms
Solid understanding of building codes, permitting, jobsite safety, and commercial construction processes
Experience in estimating, preconstruction, or field operations is highly preferred
