Job Description

Manage multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
Coordinate with superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
Review contracts, project specifications, drawings, and scope requirements.
Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Monitor project financial performance, including job costing and profitability.
Ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and proactively address delays or challenges.
Support procurement efforts and manage material deliveries to align with project timelines.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent project updates.
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams during project transitions.
Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and owner turnover.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Project Management experience within concrete, civil, site development, or heavy construction environments.
Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
Experience managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale site construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction contracts.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and construction management platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
