They are a well-established, forward-thinking, inclusive, and people-first firm with over 50 years of business success.Job Description Project DevelopmentAssist in business development and client presentations.Assemble costs, prepare proposals, and other tasks associated with project development.Act as a customer liaison to coordinate with subcontractors, municipality and governing authorities, and others.Total Project ManagementManage financial aspects of the project including cost dissection, margin projections, and subcontract bids, awards, and invoices.Communicate with the owner, including responding to change order requests, invoicing, and coordinating finish selections.Procure permits and otherwise coordinate with municipalities.Manage design disciplines, project schedule, and shop drawing review and approval.Coordinate with your projects' Superintendent on all matters including safety, quality, and schedule.Provide a strong close-out process, including punch list completion and occupancy turnoverMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
