They prides themselves on maintaining a collaborative culture where employees are empowered to make decisions, develop professionally, and play a direct role in the company's continued growth and success.Job DescriptionEstimating & PreconstructionReview plans, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate project estimates.Perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, paving, drainage, and related civil scopes.Solicit and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.Develop detailed project budgets and bid proposals.Identify project risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.Participate in bid strategy and project pursuit meetings.Project ManagementManage projects from award through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and equipment resources.Monitor project performance related to schedule, budget, quality, and safety.Review and approve subcontractor invoices, pay applications, and purchase orders.Prepare and negotiate change orders and contract modifications.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
