They offer a collaborative, team-driven culture with strong leadership, consistent project backlog, and an emphasis on employee development and retention.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Civil Sitework - NoVA will:Lead full lifecycle management of site development projects from kickoff through closeoutCoordinate project startup tasks including permitting, submittals, utilities, and safety planningPartner with superintendents to resolve field challenges and maintain schedulesManage project financials including billing, forecasting, and cost controlDevelop and track change orders while maintaining accurate project documentationOversee subcontractors and coordinate across clients, vendors, and internal teamsProcure materials and collaborate with estimating teams for accurate project executionMonitor production metrics and optimize performance across active projectsPrepare quantity takeoffs and pricing for additional scope or changesBuild strong client relationships through proactive communication and serviceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
