As a Project Manager/Site Manager you will oversee construction site activities for a Business Services company and keep projects moving from planning through completion. You will coordinate daily work, manage project details, and help deliver clear results across the construction department.

Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate daily construction site activities to keep projects moving according to schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and address site issues that may affect delivery.
  • Coordinate contractors and on-site teams to complete work in line with project plans.
  • Review work completed on site and track activities against project requirements.
  • Maintain clear project records, including schedules, site updates, and completion status.
  • Communicate project updates with relevant construction stakeholders.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and site resources needed for planned work.
  • Support project closeout activities and confirm completed work is ready for handover.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager/Site Manager should have:

  • Experience coordinating construction projects and on-site activities.
  • Experience managing project schedules, priorities, and day-to-day site progress.
  • Experience working with contractors, construction teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify site issues and coordinate practical next steps.
  • Experience maintaining accurate project documentation and status updates.
  • Ability to coordinate materials, equipment, and resources for construction work.
