Our client is a rapidly growing restoration and renovation contractor with operations across the Southeast, generating approximately $70M in annual revenue and continuing to expand into key markets. Joining their Atlanta team offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a new regional operation while leading high-profile multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects.

Job Description

  • Lead daily onsite operations for a large-scale multifamily capital improvement project.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, material procurement, and site logistics.
  • Manage renovation scopes including roofing, exterior improvements, window replacement, door replacement, and painting.
  • Maintain project schedules and provide weekly progress reporting to leadership and clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership groups, property stakeholders, and project partners.
  • Monitor project budgets, purchasing activities, and overall job performance.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved throughout project execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful - Project Manager/Superintendent should have:

  • Experience leading large commercial or multifamily construction projects.
  • Proven success managing capital expenditure (CapEx) renovation projects.
  • Experience overseeing projects with durations of approximately 4-6 months or longer.
  • Strong site management and field leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, ownership groups, and project stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and project reporting tools.
  • Experience with multifamily renovations, restoration projects, or exterior envelope improvements preferred.
  • Background working for a general contractor, multifamily contractor, restoration contractor, or commercial builder.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
