This role supports the planning and execution of complex, large‑scale construction projects across the U.S., primarily within government and federal markets. The Scheduler will partner closely with project leadership to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed CPM schedules while traveling to active job sites. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded with field teams and working in highly regulated environments.

Job Description

    • Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6 (or similar)
    • Collaborate with project teams, owners, and consultants to align schedules with execution plans
    • Perform schedule updates, logic reviews, and time‑impact analyses
    • Identify schedule risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies
    • Support reporting, look‑ahead planning, and milestone tracking
    • Travel to project sites to work directly with field and project teams

    The Successful Applicant

    • Construction scheduling experience on large, complex projects
    • Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling methodologies
    • Experience with government and/or federal construction strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling software)
    • Comfortable with a traveling role and working onsite with project teams
    • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to communicate with diverse stakeholders
