Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through final closeout.
  • Manage subcontractors, trade stacking, manpower planning, and daily work sequencing.
  • Enforce company safety programs, job hazard analysis, and OSHA compliance.
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and long‑lead items.
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and look‑ahead planning sessions.
  • Maintain jobsite documentation including daily reports, safety logs, quality checklists, and photos.
  • Oversee quality control, punch‑list execution, and turnover activities.
  • Serve as the primary onsite representative for owners, inspectors, and design teams.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to manage schedule impacts, scope changes, and risk mitigation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-12+ years of superintendent experience on commercial or institutional projects.
  • Strong background in healthcare, education, corporate interiors, hospitality, or specialty commercial construction.
  • Experience working in occupied or operational environments preferred.
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and site logistics.
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
  • A safety‑first mindset with a consistent record of clean, organized jobsites.
  • Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders with professionalism and accountability.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $135,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $130,000 - $155,000
  • Annual Bonus: 15-25% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $700 per month
