Job Description

The Superintendent will manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • On‑site leadership and OSHA safety enforcement
  • Maintaining 3‑week look‑ahead schedules
  • Coordinating subcontractors and vendors
  • Leading site meetings and resolving field issues
  • Managing daily reports, photos, and documentation
  • Serving as the on‑site contact for owners
  • Maintaining an organized, client‑focused jobsite

Required:

  • 5+ years of construction experience
