Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate progress and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Oversee site inspections and ensure adherence to local building codes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience in managing commercial interiors and SCIF construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
