An employee-owned, nationally recognized construction contractor is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations across complex industrial and commercial construction projects. Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through completion.
  • Develop and execute site logistics, construction schedules, and sequencing plans.
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and oversee trade partner performance.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective action when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
  • Maintain project documentation including daily reports, logs, and progress tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience within industrial or large-scale commercial construction.
  • Experience leading ground-up construction projects from site mobilization through closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite personnel.
  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures, quality control, and project execution.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse project teams.
  • Ability to identify and resolve jobsite challenges proactively.
  • Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
