Property Manager - High End Residential Builder $5M+

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties.
• Coordinate and oversee property repairs, renovations, and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with tenants to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets for property expenses and improvements.
• Supervise and collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance and expenses.
• Ensure properties are marketed effectively to minimize vacancies.
