Job Description



Key Responsibilities

The Community Manager will take full accountability for site performance, reporting into regional operations leadership while acting as the on-site leader driving results and execution.

  • Drive occupancy through proactive lead management, local marketing, and strong sales conversion
  • Manage the full leasing cycle from enquiry to move-in, removing barriers to close deals
  • Oversee rent collections and enforce structured delinquency processes with discipline
  • Maintain high community standards, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and strong curb appeal
  • Deliver a positive resident experience through clear communication and fast issue resolution
  • Manage vendors and maintenance teams to ensure efficient execution of all operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate reporting, CRM usage, and compliance with company processes

The Successful Applicant

For the Community Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience in community management, property management, or multifamily housing
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (essential)
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive occupancy and revenue performance
  • Experience managing collections and enforcing processes in a structured environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • A proactive, high-ownership approach with a focus on outcomes and accountability
