Their diverse portfolio includes municipal, civic, public safety, education, government, and community-focused projects throughout the Chicagoland area.Job DescriptionLead municipal and public-sector projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.Manage contractor buyout, procurement, subcontract negotiations, and contract administration.Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.Partner with field leadership to ensure seamless project execution.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining profitability.Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
