Job Description

  • Lead all Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs across the facility
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, FSMA, GFSI, and ISO standards
  • Manage QC testing, sensory programs, and product specifications
  • Oversee audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Drive supplier and customer quality resolution processes
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a small QA/QC team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 15+ years in food & beverage manufacturing
  • 10+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, and GFSI
  • Background in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
  • Experience in flavoring highly preferred
