Job Description

  • Implement and maintain project QA/QC plans, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform field inspections and support testing, commissioning, and quality verification activities.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  • Verify that all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Document non-conformance issues and support corrective actions to improve project quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of construction quality assurance and quality control procedures, inspection practices, and compliance standards.
  • Experience contributing to quality management initiatives on large, complex commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and safety while proactively identifying deficiencies and helping drive corrective actions.
  • Flexible and willing to travel as project demands require.
