Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and enforce project QA/QC plans, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Conduct field inspections and oversee testing, commissioning, and quality verification activities.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain project schedules.
  • Lead non-conformance investigations and implement corrective actions to enhance project quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid understanding of construction quality control and assurance procedures, including inspections, audits, and quality management programs.
  • Proven experience overseeing QA/QC initiatives on large and complex commercial construction projects.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety while ensuring compliance across all phases of construction.
  • Willing and able to travel as required to support project needs and site operations.
