Job Description

  • Establish and manage project quality control processes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
  • Perform site inspections and coordinate testing, startup, and verification activities to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
  • Evaluate submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and other project records to confirm compliance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to contract documents, regulatory codes, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with project teams and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality-related concerns while supporting schedule commitments.
  • Investigate quality deficiencies, document non-conformance issues, and implement corrective measures to improve overall project performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, inspections, and quality management systems.
  • Experience managing quality programs on large-scale, complex commercial construction projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience.
  • Strong commitment to quality and safety, with the ability to enforce standards and drive compliance on projects.
  • Open to travel as needed
