As a privately owned organization, they have built a reputation for operational excellence, long-term stability, and continuous investment in their people and facilities, making them a trusted partner to customers and an attractive employer within the metals industry.Job DescriptionSupport the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System (QMS).Manage and oversee all customer claims activities across both business units, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.Maintain compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards and requirements.Assist with document control processes, procedure updates, and quality records management.Contribute to management reviews and prepare quality performance reports and metrics.Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal process, product, and system audits.Support customer and third-party audits, including audit preparation and follow-up activities.Monitor corrective and preventive actions, ensuring effective implementation and sustained results.Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements and applicable automotive quality standards.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen overall quality performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
