Job Description

Lead gage R&R studies and develop detailed inspection plans
Drive APQP activities, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP execution
Partner with engineering and manufacturing to enhance product quality
Implement and optimize statistical process control (SPC) systems
Train teams on new quality methods, systems, and best practices
Manage and improve Quality Management System (QMS) performance
Conduct root cause analysis (8D) and support corrective action initiatives
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments
Measuring tight tolerances (must have)
Strong knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 13485, and PPAP processes
Hands-on experience with machining operations and inspection methods
Proficiency in SPC, MSA, and statistical analysis tools
Experience with gage calibration, geometric tolerancing, and MRB processes
Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
